Gardai find €1.24m worth of cannabis in hedge just over border from Kilkenny
Gardai have seized €1.24m worth of cannabis herb in a hedge just over the Kilkenny border in County Laois.
Gardaí from Arles and Ballylinan supported by Laois Divisional Drugs Unit located the 62kg stash as a result of an intelligent-led operation along a secondary road on the Carlow/Laois border.
Investigations are ongoing, no persons have been arrested at this time.
