Gardai probe break-in at house in Castlecomer
GARDAI are investigating a break-in at a house in Castlecomer.
The attempted burglary occurred at a private home in the Chatsworth Street area of the town sometime on Monday.
The owner of the property was away at the time. They returned to the house at around 5pm to discover the back door was damaged by the intruder who gained entry to their home.
However nothing appears to have been taken, gardai confirmed.
