Green light for new hotel just off Ring Road in Kilkenny city
A new 16-bed hotel in Kilkenny, reflecting the changing needs of tourism and business consumers, has been granted planning permission by the local authority.
The innovative new development is set to be built on land just off the Ring Road in the Hebron Industrial Estate at Leggettsrath.
The aparthotel will comprise of 15 two-bedroom hotel apartments and one hotel studio suite, a reception area, car-parking and a retaining wall around the complex.
The development is being undertaken by Kilkenny based company, Menesiah Limited.
