Let’s go Lego! Fun for all the family in Kilkenny’s Medieval Mile Museum this Spring
If you’re looking for something a bit different to do with the kids this Spring, then head on down to Kilkenny’s Medieval Mile Museum.
As part of its LEGO® Hunt you’ll find Tutankhamun, William the Marshall, gladiator Gluteus Maximus, Linda the osteoarchaeologist, Tom the tour guide and Erik the Viking all hiding out there.
Funny bios on the various characters are available to children on a special hunt sheet and, with Seachtain na Gaeilge running until March 17, there is now an Irish language version available too.
It’s a great option for family fun time any weekend, as well as over St. Patrick’s weekend and Easter.
The initiative is all part of the Medieval Mile Museum’s objective of making the museum more accessible through a programme of events that includes family-friendly exhibitions, dining events, torchlight tours and even a silent disco.
