Ruff justice: Kilkenny gardai rescue pup found in ‘deplorable conditions’
THIS pitiful pup was rescued by Kilkenny gardai after he was discovered in “deplorable conditions” outside a property in the south of the county this week.
Gardai confirmed the young dog was taken from the property under animal welfare legislation.
“The dog is the safe hands of a local animal welfare organisation getting looked after properly,” a spokesperson said on the Garda Siochána Kilkenny-Carlow Facebook page.
