Kilkenny multinational up for prestigious global innovation award

ONE of the success stories of the Kilkenny business community has been nominated for a prestigious international financial award.
Immedis, a specialist in global payroll, has been shortlisted in the Forum for Expatriate Management APAC(Asia-Pacific region) EMMAS for Banking, Tax or Financial Services Innovation of the Year
The FEM EMMAs (Expatriate Management & Mobility Awards) celebrate excellence and innovation in all aspects of global mobility and international HR and are being held in Singapore next month.
Other nominees in the various categories represent a who’s who of the financial world – Ernst &Young, Deloitte, MetLife, Allstate, HSBC and many more.
Immedis, a part of The Taxback Group, announced in June its intention to double their global workforce to over 400, with a number of these jobs to be based in Kilkenny.
Immedis also hit the global news in July, when one of their global brand ambassadors, Shane Lowry had the Immedis logo emblazoned on his golf gear as he brilliantly won the British Open.
