Lucky for some: 13 All-Star nominations for Kilkenny’s camogie heroes
Despite being beaten by Galway in the All-Ireland Camogie final last Sunday week, the Kilkenny team have received nearly as many nominations for the Camogie All-Stars as the Tribeswomen.
The deserved All-Ireland and league winners managed to get 14 nominations, the Kilkenny girls received 13 nominations – five forwards, five defenders, a goalie and two midfielders.

The winners will be announced at a Gala event in Citywest, Dublin on Sunday, 20 October.
