Man assaulted by two youths on bicycles in Kilkenny city
A man was assasulted after he was approached by two youths on bicycles in Kilkenny city.
The incident occurred on the Freshford Road last Wednesday.
A local Garda spokesperson said the victim was verbally abused by the youths who then got off the bikes and started pushing him.
Gardai have asked anyone who witnessed the assault or who may have noticed any suspicious behaviour in the area to contact Kilkenny Garda Station on 056 777 5000.
