Missing a drill? Local gardai recover huge haul of stolen power tools during search

GARDAI investigating the theft of power tools across Kilkenny and Carlow uncovered this massive haul of equipment during a search of a property over the weekend.

The raid on the property in Carlow was made by members of the Kilkenny-Carlow division as part of Operation Trojan.

Gardai say they will arrange a viewing day so members of the public who have been targeted may be able to identify their stolen goods.

A Garda spokesperson said: “A substantial quantity of power tools seized. Detective Gardaí are currently attempting to identify all property. A viewing day will be arranged shortly.”
