Move over Crufts! Meet Kilkenny’s top dogs

KILKENNY top dog models are preparing to strut their stuff on the catwalk!

Five finalists have been chosen for the Petmania Kilkenny Puppy of the Year from a total of 47 nominations following a public vote.

The Kilkenny top dog will go forward for the chance to win the title of Ireland’s 2019 Puppy of the year.

The five Kilkenny finalists are:

Bella (Samoyed)

Max (Belgian Malinois)

Bear (German Shepard)

Cooper (Maltese)

… and Ruby (Terrier cross Pomeranian)

Kilkenny dog lovers can cast their vote on the Petmania website, www.petmania.ie/vote2019 or in the Petmania store in the Kilkenny Retail and Business Park.

 The winning puppy will receive a top prize worth more than €1,500. Pet lovers have until May 23 to cast their vote when the second round of voting will end. Voting will end online at midnight and instore at store closing time.
