No further deaths as 20 new cases confirmed
There were no new deaths from Covid-19 in the Republic of Ireland, the HSE said this evening.
The total death toll here is now 1,763 while the number of confirmed cases has now reached 25,845 after another 20 were diagnosed.
In the North, there have been no further coronavirus deaths recorded for an 11th consecutive day.
The official Department of Health death toll remains at 556.
