Plans for large new homes a short drive from Kilkenny city

A developer is looking to build a small number of large new homes less than 10 minutes’ drive from Kilkenny city.

Paddy Raggett Homes Limited has lodged plans with Kilkenny County Council to build four detached five-bedroom dwellings “and all associated site works at Stonecarthy East” in Stoneyford.

In its planning application, the developer said the proposed works will include “all site and site infrastructure works for the provision of the serviced sites, including access road with entrance”.

The local authority is due to give its decision on the proposed development by December 20.
