Plans for large new housing estate in county Kilkenny
Plans for a new housing development in Ferrybank have been lodged with Kilkenny County Council.
The developer, Dunmore Property Development Co Limited, is seeking permission to build 40 new homes at Rathculliheen, beside the existing Abbeygate estate.
The development consists of 32 two-storey, three bedroom semi-detached houses; four two-storey, three-bedroom semi-detached dwellings; two two-storey three bedroom detached homes and two further two-story, two bedroom mid-terrace units.
The developer is also seeking permission to build new vehicle entrances and footpaths via the existing Abbeygate estate road, along with pedestrian access points, together with proposed boundary treatments, landscaping, car parking, new water drainage connections and associated site works.
