Plans for new housing development in Kilkenny village
A Kilkenny village could be set for a new development of terraced homes after plans were lodged with the local authority.
Developer Loretto Kearney has lodged plans with Kilkenny County Council to build the houses at Marble Court in Paulstown.
They have sought permission to build four, two-storey three-bedroom homes of up to 11omts sq at the Marble Court site.
A decision on the application is expected by the middle of November. Submissions from the public are being accepted until October 28.
