Plans for new nursing home in county Kilkenny
Plans for a new nursing home have been lodged with Kilkenny County Council.
The developer, Peter Purcell, is seeking permission to build a three-story nursing home building at Garrandarragh, Mullinavat in the south of the county.
The application includes site plans for vehicular access from a public road, parking areas, service yards, a sewage treatment plant and “all associated site development works and site boundary treatments”.
The council is expected to announce its decision by early December.
