REST IN PEACE: Kilkenny Death Notices

It is with deep sadness and broken hearts we mark the passing of Dave Donohoe.He will be very much missed by his wife Jadzia, daughters Kasia and Liadain, son-in-law Eddie, parents Teresa and John, brothers Noel and Paul, sister Susan, nieces and nephews, cousin Colm and adoring extended family, friends, neighbours and a mighty musical clan at home and all around the world.

A Humanist ceremony of story and song to celebrate Dave’s life will be held in Inistioge, Co. Kilkenny at 12.30pm Saturday 3rd July followed by a procession walk to Cappagh graveyard for burial.

Natural flowers only please, no ribbons cellophane or wreaths.

Christina DWAN
Turkstown, Piltown

Christina Dwan (ex Kromberg & Schubert) passed away peacefully in the loving care of Ann and the staff of Tinnypark Nursing Home Kilkenny surrounded by her family on Wednesday June 30th.

She will be sadly missed by her sister Frances brother John Joe sister in law Joan brother in law Tom nephews Aidan & Darren, partner Billy, Carrie, Miriah and a wide circle of friends.

Christina’s funeral cortege will arrive at Church of the Assumption, Piltown, on Friday morning (July 2nd) for Funeral Mass at 11 o’clock followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Murphy; Ballinlammy, Glenmore, Co. Kilkenny 30th June 2021. Michael peacefully at his residence, loving son of the late Martin and Elizabeth. Deeply regretted by his loving family sister Mary Kennedy, brothers John Joe and Paddy, brother-in-law Tom, sisters-in-law Mary and Gretta, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Margaret (Peg) O’DONNELL (née Carson)
Bramblestown, Dungarvan

Formerly of Duckets Grove, Carlow)

Margaret (Peg), in her 95th year died peacefully at home in the loving care of John and Noeleen on Wednesday, 30 June. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family – daughters Kathleen and Mary, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchild, brother, sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

In accordance with current Government/HSE guidelines a private funeral will take place with Peg’s Requiem Mass at 2pm on Friday, 2 July in St Michael and David’s Church, Dungarvan followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.

Anyone wishing to leave a message of condolence for Peg may do so in the condolence book here.
