Jim Butler, 7 Grove Terrace, Ballyragget, Co. Kilkenny. He died peacefully on Sunday 24th October 2021 in Ardkeen Hospital, Waterford. Predeceased by his brother Billy. Deeply regretted by his sisters Maggie and Catherine, brothers Martin, Paddy and Tom, sisters-in-law Breda and Grainne, brother-in-law Peter. Sadly missed by his uncle Marty, nieces, nephews, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Reposing in Coadys Funeral Home, Castlecomer from 6pm Tuesday 26th with family rosary at 7.30pm. Removal Wednesday morning to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyragget for 11am Requiem Mass followed by burial in St. Finnan’s Cemetery, Ballyragget.

Eddie Murphy (Sculptor), 8 Emmet Street, Kilkenny and formerly of Dungarvan, Co. Kilkenny.
Peacefully after a short illness at his home, surrounded by his loving family on Monday 25th October 2021.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his sorrowing family, his wife Margaret, son John, daughters Siobhan, Noreen and Edwina, sons-in-law Derek, Dylan and Michael, daughter-in-law Mary, his adored grandchildren, Aífe and Aidan, Eoin and Ruby, Amy, Eddie, Katie and Sadie, JJ, Ryan and Anna, sisters Maura and Veronica, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at his residence on Tuesday, 26th October from 5pm with Rosary and Vigil prayers at 7.30pm. Funeral Prayers on Wednesday morning at 11am followed by removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Kilkenny for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Kilbride Cemetery, Callan.

Richard (Dick) TREACY
Cloneen, Kilkenny/Crettyard, Carlow
Treacy, Cloneen, Crettyard, Carlow. Richard (Dick), 23rd October 2021, peacefully, at Waterford University Hospital. Predeceased by his parents William (Willie) and Mary Jane (Ciss) and his sister May. Deeply mourned and will be sadly missed by his brother Alfred, nephews Gordon, Stanley, Robert, Vivian and Cecil, niece Rosemary, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, relatives and friends.
Reposing at his nephew Cecil’s residence, Cloneen, Castlecomer. Funeral cortège will arrive at St Mary’s Church, Castlecomer, on Wednesday for 2pm Service. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the adjoining churchyard. Please observe current Covid 19 guidelines.
