Bike found abandoned near Kilkenny shopping centre

Gardai have launched an appeal to find the owner of this abandoned bicycle. The bike was found abandoned at McDonough Junction earlier this week. Anyone who recognises the bicycle or may know the owner is asked to contact Kilkenny Garda Station on 056 777 5000.
