CULTURAL art spaces, playgrounds, and scout halls are among the projects to receive funding as part of Kilkenny County Council’s €250,000 its Community and Cultural Facilities Capital Grant Scheme. This year, seven projects receive contributions from the council towards the capital cost of community-led cultural and amenity facilities. In all 16 applications were received
