Thieves broke into a house in ocunty Kilkenny and made off with a washing machine, tumble dryer, a microwave – and even the kettle!
The burglary occurred at a house in Ahenure, 3kms from Callan, sometime last Wednesday.
A local Garda source said a large vehicle would have been needed to transport the stolen household items.
They have urged witnesses or anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity in the area at the time to contact Callan Garda Station on 056 770 6630.
