Thieves steal lifebuoys at scenic Kilkenny walk and set them alight
The lives of Kilkenny residents who use one of the most scenic parts of the city for leisure were put at risk by vandals over the weekend.
Three lifebuoy rings were taken from their boxes on the Canal Walk area of the city and set alight.
The buoys were destroyed sometime between 1pm last Friday 9am on Saturday.
