€5,000 up for grabs for Kilkenny projects looking to positively impact local communities
Kilkenny Community groups are being invited to apply for up to €5,000 in funding to support financial, physical and mental wellbeing projects in their local communities.
The Bank of Ireland’s new ‘Begin Together Fund’ will provide funding of up to €5,000 to over 100 local groups across the island.
Bank of Ireland is to invest €3 million in the ‘Begin Together’ initiative, over a three-year campaign to improve Ireland’s communities, while supporting the underlying local economies.
Begin Together is one part of a three-strand initiative that looks to develop, connect, and reward communities that are trying to deliver a significant positive impact in their local areas.
The Begin Together Fund is now open for applications. Local groups interested in applying can enter through the Bank of Ireland website www.bankofireland.com/begintogether until March 31.
