A cut above! Innovative Kilkenny butchers nominated for three national awards

AN innovative local butchers and artisan producer has been nominated for three prestigious national awards.
Grogan and Brown Artisan Butchers, which has twice been named Craft Butcher Shop of the Year, has now been shortlisted for three Butchery Excellence International Gala Awards for 2019.
The Loughboy based business has been nominated for Butcher Shop of the Year, Best Butcher Retail Pack Range and Best Butcher Counter Display.
Butchery Excellence is an All-Ireland organisation which provides support and guidance to develop and strengthen businesses, while also providing network opportunities for members.
The awards ceremony will take place at the Four Seasons Hotel, Monaghan, on November 30.
