A MAN was arrested after he refused to stop for gardai on a county Kilkenny road. The incident occurred on the road between Freshford and Urlingford yesterday. Gardai immediately gave chase and eventually caught up with the suspect, who was arrested and charged. He was due to appear before Kilkenny District Court.
