Green light for new housing development on Kilkenny’s Ring Road
A new residential development on the outskirts of Kilkenny city has been approved by the local authority.
Kilkenny County Council has granted permission to developer Patrick O’Brien’s plans to to construct eight houses at Middleknock, just off Kilkenny’s Ring Road.
All the homes will be two-storey, two-bedroom houses built on the site, which is located near the Old Dublin Road Roundabout.
As part of the development, a playground and 12 car spaces will be provided along with a new entrance onto the Dublin Road and all associated site development works.
