Kilkenny people who are looking to upskill or reskill can avail of places on new third-level courses. Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) has announced additional Springboard-funded places are available at the college under new Government stimulus measures. WIT has received an additional €207,000 in funding for Springboard places. This brings to over €2.3 million the
