Check out the Conor Pope Consumer 999 programme on Beaver Log Cabins broadcast on TV3 a few years back – it can still be found online. Also check the reviews of this company on independent review sites, especially in relation to residential cabins. Caveat Emptor.

TV3 did a consumer protection series called Consumer 999. It would save you a ton of money and stress to look at this. I paid €40,250 for a ‘Residential Log Cabin’ from Trevor Watson of Beaver Log Cabins It was condemned by an architect and engineer within the first 6 months of living in it. I AM NOW HOMELESS. LOST MY HOME AND ALL MY MONEY. WATSON VOLUNTARILY LIQUIDATED THE COMPANY TO AVOID LITIGATION. HE HAS SET UP A LONG LIST OF ALIAS COMPANIES SO BEWARE.
