Bikes worth €1,500 stolen from home in county Kilkenny as owners slept
The spate of bicycle thefts that has plagued Kilkenny over the past month shows no sign of abating after two more bikes, with a combined worth of close to €1,500, were stolen from the garage of a county Kilkenny house while the owners slept inside.
The incident happened at a house in ballymac near Cuffesgrange sometime between 9pm on Monday, June 22 and 6.30am on Tuesday, June 23.
The two yellow and black bikes were taken after thieves managed to break into the garage of the house.
