BREAKING: Fourth person found guilty in relation to murder of Kilkenny granny
A 43-old-man has become the third person convicted for assisting the murder of a Kilkenny grandmother whose body was dismembered and spread around the Wicklow Mountains.
Keith Johnston has today been found guilty of impeding the apprehension or prosecution of Kieran Greene who earlier this week was found guilty of killing Patricia O’Connor, a 62-year-old retired nurse originally from Windgap, murdered at her home in Rathfarnham on May 29, 2017.
He is the third person found guilty on this charge, following the prosecution of the murdered woman’s daughter Louise O’Connor (41) of Millmount Court, Dundrum Road, Dublin 14 yesterday.
Stephanie O’Connor (22), of the same address, daughter of Louise O’Connor and Keith Johnston was also convicted of the same charge on Wednesday.
Louise O’Connor and Keith Johnston have three children together.
On Monday Kieran Greene (35), the partner of Louise O’Connor, was found guilty of the murder of Patricia O’Connor and faces a mandatory life sentence.
Patricia O’Connor was reported missing on June 1, 2017 and a number of her body parts, including her head and hands, were discovered in nine locations spread over 30km area in the Wicklow Mountains that month.
