BREAKING: Gardai cordon off Kilkenny’s High Street following incident
THE High Street in Kilkenny city has been completely shut off to traffic this morning following an incident.
Gardai are at the scene as the entire street was cordoned off to vehicles and pedestrians.
They shut down the busy city-centre street after a suspicious package was discovered in the Butterslip.
