€45,000 worth of cocaine and cannabis found during raid on county Kilkenny house
€45,000 worth of drugs were recovered from a house in a county Kilkenny village following a planned raid.
Gardai yesterday evening raided a house in Freshford under a search warrant and discovered the drugs.
€5,000 worth of cocaine was found along with €40,000 worth of cannabis.
The operation was carried out by members of the Divisional Drugs Unit and members of Kilkenny gardai.
No arrests were made at the time.
Investigations into the discovery of the large haul of drugs are ongoing.
