Gardai probe overnight break-in at business premises in Kilkenny city
GARDAI are hunting a burglary at a business premises in Kilkenny city.
The break-in at the commercial premises at the Hebron Road Industrial Estate occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning.
A local Garda spokesperson told KilkennyNow.ie: “Security discovered on routine checks that a window had been forced open and that drawers and presses had been gone through, [but] nothing was taken.”
Gardaí are investigating the burglary. They have urged potential eyewitnesses or anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity in the area at the time to contact Kilkenny Garda Station on 056 555 7000.
