Kilkenny pets wanted for the catwalk!

Has your kitty got what it takes to grace the cat walk? Or you dog fancy itself as a bit of a diva?

Well, Kilkenny’s Society of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (KSPCA) is looking for your favourite pet pictures for their 2022 charity calendar.

For the first time this year, the KSPCA is asking the public to submit their pooch pics, feline photos, or snake snaps and the best 12 will make the annual publication.

A KSPCA spokesperson said: “This year we have decided to open up our calendar photograph submissions to everyone.

“If you would like your pet to be one of the faces of our new calendar – now’s your chance. Or maybe you’ve taken some stunning shots of our local wildlife? We are looking for 12 stunning shots to star in our 2022 calendar.”

To enter the competition simply upload your picture using the form on the KSPCA website or email your photo to digital@kilkennyspca.ie. Entries close on August 31.

Each winner will get a copy of the calendar featuring their pet’s photo.
