Dark coloured jeep spotted at scene of break-in at county Kilkenny golf club

Gardai are investigating an attempted burglary at a golf club in county Kilkenny.

The break-in occurred at Castlecomer Golf Club on Tuesday night at 11.30pm.

Burglars attempted to break into the sheds of the club, damaging locks in the process. But they failed to gain access and nothing was taken in the attempted raid.

Gardaí are appealing for anyone who may have seen a dark coloured jeep in the area around that time to come forward.
