Puppy love: Kilkenny animal lovers urged to support ISPCA’s #HappyTails for mini-marathon
Animal lovers in Waterford are being urged to support the ISPCA ahead of this year’s Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon on May 31.
Bloggers Laura Young and Holly White (pictured) along with thousands of other women will be helping help the ISPCA continue to rescue, rehabilitate and responsibly rehome some of Ireland’s most cruelly treated and neglected animals.
“We can all make a difference in protecting the many vulnerable animals who don’t have a voice,” ISPCA Ambassador Holly White said.
“I’m only too delighted to help raise funds for such a worthy cause by taking part in this event and together we can help create even more #HappyTails.
“Join us for a fun day out while also raising vital funds so the ISPCA can continue their incredible work, rescuing animals from the most appalling situations imaginable.”
By taking part in the Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon and raising €70, you could Kit out a Kennel for one of the dogs in the ISPCA’s care; by raising €150 you could help fund a Complete Health Care Plan – neuter or spay, vaccinate, worm, de-flea and microchip a dog or cat in their care; while €250 could help provide urgent life saving Veterinary Treatment.
