REST IN PEACE: Kilkenny Death Notices

Michael Casey, “Avondale” Parkview Drive, Kilkenny and formerly Kildorrery Co Cork died peacefully at his residence surrounded by his family. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Gerardine, brothers Paudie and Deggie, sisters-in-law Joan and Catherine, nieces, nephews, grandniece, grandnephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Removal from his residence on Friday at 12 noon to the Church of the Assumption, Urlingford arriving for Requiem Mass for family and close friends (max. 50 people) at 1 o’clock followed by burial in Johnstown Cemetery. Flowers welcome. Donations to Kilkenny /Carlow Homecare Team also welcome.

As per Covid 19 directives please comply with Government guidelines regarding public gatherings, social distancing and face covering. For people unable to attend Michael’s Funeral, it can be viewed on Urlingford Parish webcam and messages of condolence can be placed on the page provided here.

The Death has occurred of Edmond Duggan R.I.P. Late of Tramore and Mullinavat, Co Kilkenny who died on Tuesday the 29th of September.

Reposing at James Falconer Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore on Wednesday the 30th of September from 5pm to 7pm. Reposing at his residence in Garrygaug, Muilinavat, Co Kilkenny on Thursday evening from 6pm.X91X244

Feeney John, Portmarnock and formerly of Jerpoint West, Thomastown, Kilkenny and late of Bank of Ireland. 29th September 2020. Peacefully in the wonderful care of St. Francis Hospice, Raheny. Beloved husband of Brigid. Very sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter Deirdre, sons Brendan and Niall, son-in-law Alan, daughters-in-law Niamh and Ashleigh, his adored grandchildren Seán, Nathan and Cillian, sisters Mary and Betty, brothers Tadhg, Gerard, Seamus and Noel, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended family and a wide circle of friends.

A private funeral will take place for family and close friends. Clontarf, Dublin/Castlecomer, Kilkenny

HEALY, John (of Clontarf, Dublin 3, late of Coon, Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny), peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on September 28th 2020. Very sadly missed by his wife Mary, son Paul, and all nieces, nephews, in-laws, relatives and friends.

Due to the Government advice and HSE guidelines, a Funeral Service will take place for the immediate family only.

Kilkenny City, Kilkenny/Blanchardstown, Dublin

John (Séan) Valentine (Larkfield Avenue, Dukesmeadows, Kilkenny and late of Mulhuddart and Blanchardstown, Dublin). September 30th 2020 at St. Luke’s Hospital. Predeceased by his beloved wife Mai and son Adrian. Loving dad of Janet, John and Charlotte. He will be sadly missed by his son, daughters, brothers, sisters, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, his six adored grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Due to government guidelines regarding public gatherings a private Requiem Mass for John’s family and close friends will be Celebrated on Friday (Oct. 2nd) at 11a.m in St. Joseph’s Church, Foulkstown followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
