Gary Halpin (St. Thomas Square, Kilkenny) February 23rd 2021 (suddenly). Predeceased by his parents Ann and Tom. Beloved husband of Carol and loving father of Bentley, Leonie and Lenka. He will be sadly missed by his brothers Patrick, John and Mark, sisters Barbara and Bethann, Bentley’s fiancée Beckie, his extended family and friends.
A strictly private family Funeral will take place due to government advice regarding public gatherings and in keeping with Gary’s family’s wishes. When the current circumstances have passed, a memorial Mass for Gary will be celebrated, where all of Gary’s friends and extended family will be welcome. Gary’s family would like to thank you for your understanding and support at this difficult time.

Rita CAULFIELD (née Flannery)
‘Hillcrest’, Moonteen, Thomastown, Kilkenny/Banagher, Offaly
Formerly of Cuba Avenue, Banagher, Co Offaly.
Rita died peacefully on Friday, 26 February at St Columba’s Hospital, Thomastown. Pre-deceased by her loving husband Jim (Nore Vale Coaches). Rita is deeply regretted and sadly missed by her daughters Ann-Marie and Marguerite, sons Shem, Pauric and Paul, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grand-children, great-grand-children, sister, brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.
Rita’s Requiem Mass for family only (maximum of 10 people in the church) will take place on Monday, 1st March at 11am in the Church of the Assumption, Thomastown. To view Rita’s Requiem Mass click here.
