Peacefully in the loving care of the Medical & Nursing Staff in the Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading.

Pre-deceased by her parents Dan & Ciss Brophy, brothers Danny, Larry, John and Bill and her dear sister Eileen Smith. Survived and sadly missed by her darling daughter Michelle, son-in-law Darryl, her adored grandchildren George and Áine, and her special niece Andrea Smith, brothers Tom and Mick (Reading), sisters Maureen Hoey & Tess Brogan (Clogh, Castlecomer), Kathleen Walsh (Tralee), Agnes Brennan (Slough) and Breda Dwan (Thurles), brothers-in-law Benny Hoey and Phil Smith, sisters-in-law Ann Brophy (London), Ann Brophy (Bury), Mary Campwell Brophy (London) and Carol Brophy (Reading).

Nan’s Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, 16th August, at 12 noon in the English Martyrs Church. The Funeral Mass can be viewed on the following webcam englishmartyrsRDG.com

Grennan; Ballyreddy, Tullogher, Co. Kilkenny. 12th August 2021. Paddy predeceased by his sister Alice. Peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Loving husband of Breda, father of Luke, Canice, Michael and Kieran. Deeply regretted by his loving family sisters Maudie and Nell, brothers Jim, Fr.John, Lukee and Tommy, daughters-in-law Jane and Lorraine, grandchildren Niamh, Aisling and Emma, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing in Doyle’s Funeral Home, The Old Rectory, Rosbercon, New Ross from 3pm tomorrow Saturday, 14th August 2021, concluding with Rosary at 8pm. Please adhere to H.S.E guidelines (the wearing of face masks & use of hand sanitizer).

Requiem Mass will take place at 2pm on Sunday, 15th August 2021, in The Church of The Assumption, Rosbercon with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

In accordance with restrictions, Requiem Mass will be for family and close friends (max 50 in church) for those unable to attend Mass can be viewed on the following link www.rosberconparish.ie. Funeral cortége will leave Ballyreddy at 1.30pm on Sunday, 15th, en route to Rosbercon giving neighbours & friends an opportunity to pay their respects.

Bridget HUTCHINSON (née Millea)

Bridget passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and in the care of the staff of St. Brigid’s Ward, St. Columba’s Hospital, Thomastown. Predeceased by her husband Jim and her brother Robbie. Deeply regretted by her sons Tom and Joe, daughters Kathleen, Rita and Angela, sons-in-law Tom Treacy, John Fitzgerald and John Ennett, Tom’s partner Mary, Joe’s partner Margaret, grandchildren William, Luke, Noel, Bríd and Katie, great grandchildren, brother-in-law John, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

In accordance with current guidelines, Requiem Mass for family and close friends will take place on Saturday at St. Beacon’s Church, Mullinavat at 12.00 noon. Burial after in the adjoining cemetery. There will be an opportunity for the community to support the family and remember Bridget when her funeral cortège will pass her former residence in the village en route to the church.

The death has taken place of
SARAH (ESSIE) PHELAN
Fairview, Graignamanagh, Co. Kilkenny

Essie died peacefully in the care of the staff in St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny and her loving family today, Friday, 13th of August, 2021.

Due to current Covid 19 government restrictions a private family wake will be held for Essie. Removal to Duiske Abbey, Graignamanagh will take place from Fairview at 10.30am Saturday morning to arrive at Duiske Abbey for 11am Requiem Mass, followed by burial in Calvary cemetery.

Friends and neighbours wishing to pay their respects to Essie and her family can stand by the roadside from her home towards the Abbey tomorrow morning and notes of condolence can be left in the condolence section here.

Predeceased by her loving husband Kieran and son Jimmy RIP.

Sadly missed by her loving daughters Mary (Fitzmaurice), Rita (Murray), Esther (Demsey), Tena (O’Farrell), Lynda (O’Leary) and her son Kieran Phelan, her loving grandchildren and great children, great great granchildren, her in laws, extended family, neighours and her very many friends.
