REST IN PEACE: Kilkenny Death Notices

Suddenly, after a short illness at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny. Beloved partner of Liam Irwin. Deeply regretted by Liam, her mother Mary, sisters Majella and Teresa, aunt Betty, brothers in law Tommy and Robert, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Liam’s residence (Ballyroan) on Tuesday with rosary at 7.00pm. Removal to her mother’s residence (Greenview, Ballyragget) on Wednesday. Removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyragget, on Thursday morning for Requiem Mass at 11.00am. Burial immediately afterwards in St Finnan’s Cemetery.

Yvonne FORAN (née Dack)
Loughboy, Kilkenny City

Foran (nee Dack) (38 Cypress Grove, Loughboy, Kilkenny) 30th January 2022, unexpectedly, at her home, Yvonne, beloved wife of John and loving mother of Sharon, Adrian, Wayne and Karen, sadly missed by her husband and family, son-in-law Alan, Adrian’s partner Shaz, grandchildren Gary, Jake, Conor, Natasha, Craig, Matthew and Jamie, her sisters Sylvia, Sandra and Chrissie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Removal from the family home at 10am on Thursday morning to St. Fiacre’s Church, Loughboy, arriving for Requiem Mass at 10.30am. Funeral afterwards to St. Kieran’s Cemetery.

The House is private for family and close friends please.

Mary HEALY (née Hennessy)
Santry, Dublin/Kilkenny

Healy (née Hennessy), Mary (Santry, Dublin 9 and late of Co. Kilkenny) – January 30th, 2022 (peacefully) at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown. Beloved wife of Michael and loving mother of Catherine, Danny, Ann, Michael, Stephen and Sean. Mary will be sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, her great-grandchild, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Kirwan Funeral Home, Ballygall Road West, on Tuesday afternoon (February 1st) with family in attendance from 2.30 o’clock until 5.30 o’clock. Removal to the Church of Our Lady of Victories, Ballymun Road, on Wednesday morning (February 2nd), arriving for 10 o’clock Requiem Mass, with Funeral thereafter to Dardistown Crematorium.

John (Ian) KENNEDY
McAuley Place, Kilkenny City

Kennedy (10 McAuley Place, Kilkenny and late of Banim Terrace) 31st January 2022, peacefully, at St. Luke’s Hospital, John (Ian), predeceased by his parents Milo and Marie Kennedy, beloved father of Robert and Tara, sadly missed by his loving children and their mother Marion, brother Dan, Robert’s partner Megan, Tara’s fiance Luke, sister-in-law, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Johnston’s Funeral Home on Tuesday (1st Feb) from 5pm concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 6.15pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 12 noon in St. Patrick’s Church. A private cremation will follow afterwards.
