REST IN PEACE: Kilkenny Death Notices

Colette passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Ellen Cooke (Windgap). Deeply regretted by her loving husband Gerard, her loving children Marion, Hayley, Dean, Jennifer and Natasha, her step-children Lisa,Marie, Charlene and Martin, her sons-in-law Robbie and Robert, also her grandchildren Mathew, Tadhg, Gerard, Logan, Lottie, Aibigail, Noelle, Bonnie and Paidi, her brothers and sisters, extended family, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Reposing at her home (5 Bolton Green Callan R95 XK61) on Friday, Feb 4th, from 5pm to 7pm followed by prayers. Private removal on Saturday to the Church of The Assumption, Callan for Funeral Mass at 9am with cremation afterwards in Newlands Cross Crematorium, Dublin at 12.40pm.

Helen CORCORAN (née Delahunty)
Rossinan, Mullinavat

Peacefully, at her home, surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, 2nd February 2022 in her 94th year. (Ex-midwife in Airmount Maternity Hospital, Waterford).

Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Tommy, her brothers James, Willie, Hilary, Pat and John and her sisters Anna, Sr Cabrini and Margaret. Deeply regretted by her loving children Kathryn, Claire, Michael, Raymond, Geraldine, Barry, Paul, Vincent and Niall, daughters-in-law Margaret, Theresa, Reidin, Helen, Teresa and Linda, sons-in-law Noel, Eoin and Brian, 26 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, brothers Fr. Richard, Noel, Joe and sisters Mary and Frances, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home in Rossinan, Mullinavat, (Eircode X91 YE33) on Friday, 4th February, from 3pm concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 7.30pm. Removal to St. Beacon’s Church Mullinavat, for Requiem Mass on Saturday 5th February, at 12 noon. Burial will follow afterwards in the adjoining churchyard.

James J FARRELL
Formerly 96 High Street, Kilkenny City

James J Farrell, formerly of 96 High Street Kilkenny died 2nd February 2022 after a short illness in St. Lukes Hospital Kilkenny.

Predeceased by his loving wife Breda. Deeply regretted by his brothers John Joe,and Frankie, sister Angela, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Hehirs Funeral Home Kilkenny on Thursday 3rd February from 5.30 with prayers ar 7.30. Removal on Friday morning to church of the Assumption Gowran for 12 o clock mass.

Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Condolences can be left here.
