Man has nose broken during vicious Halloween assault in Kilkenny city

A man suffered a broken nose after he was assaulted in Kilkenny city on Halloween evening. The attack occurred shortly after 5pm in the Church Lane area of the city on Saturday. Gardai have appealed for eyewitnesses or anyone who knows anything about the assault to contact Kilkenny Garda Station on 056 777 5000.
