Vandals slash all four tyres of car parked in Kilkenny city
Vandals slashed all four tyres of a car that was parked in Kilkenny city-centre.
The silver Ford Focus was parked on Upper Patrick Street when the incident occurred sometime between 1pm and 4pm on Friday afternoon.
