Vandals smash windscreen of car parked in driveway of county Kilkenny home as Covid-19 lockdown kicked in
Vandals smashed the windcreen of a car parked in Callan over the weekend, just hours after the tough new Covid-19 restrictions came into effect.
With the county in lockdown, the vandals targeted the car, a grey Seat Leon, that was parked in the driveway of a house in the town sometime between 3pm and 7pm on Saturday.
Gardai have appealed to witnesses or anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in th earea at the time to contact Callan Garda Station on 067 770 6630.
