A further nine pass away as Northern Ireland records third day with no new deaths
A further nine people lost their lives from Covid-19 in the Republic of Ireland in the last 24 hours, the HSE said this evening.
The total death toll here is now 1,691 while the number of confirmed cases has now reached 25,215 after another nine were diagnosed.
Meanwhile, Northern Ireland has recorded no new coronavirus deaths for the third consecutive day.
The death toll in Northern Ireland remains at 537 while there are three new cases of Covid-19 taking the total to 4,805.
