Have your say on the problem of drug abuse
A PUBLIC consultation, aimed at collecting information about drug abuse, is coming to Kilkenny. The aim is to assess the problem and look at ways to combat it.
The so-called ‘network café’ will offer the opportunity for discussion and the information gathered will feed into a drug and alcohol strategy for the South East.
The café is one of a number commissioned by the South East Regional Drug and Alcohol Task Force in conjunction with Waterford Institute of Technology.
It will be in Kilkenny on March 12 from 6pm in the Ormonde Hotel. There will also be public consultations in Waterford, Wexford, Carlow and Tipperary.
