TUSLA’S local child protection and welfare services failed to notify gardai in Kilkenny about every allegation of suspected abuse and neglect it received, a new report reveals. The revelation is contained in a report by the Health Information and Quality Authority that followed an “announced” inspection to the Carlow/Kilkenny/South Tipperary service area in January.
