The National Public Health Emergency team (NPHET) is considering introducing a new colour-coded response as part of the country’s new Covid-19 pandemic plan. Health Minister Stephen Donnelly this morning said the colour-coded system is different to the original roadmap, or phases, outlined by the previous government. Kilkenny motorists worrying about renewing their driving licence during the Covid-19 crisis have received good news following the announcement of a seven-month extension to expired licences. Transport Minister Eamon Ryan announced details of the extension to the validity period of driving licences in response to the Covid-19 pandemic and the disruption it has caused to
