COVID-19 UPDATE: A further 41 die as number of confirmed cases rises by 832
A further 41 people lost their lives from Covid-19 in the Republic of Ireland in the last 24 hours, the HSE said this evening.
The total now stands at 406 in the Republic.
The number of confirmed cases has now reached 11,479 after another 832 were diagnosed.
The total of deaths in Northern Ireland has reached 134 after 10 more people died overnight, as 85 new cases of the disease were confirmed, bringing the total figure to 1,967.
